You are amazing! I have not met any other title officer who is as responsive or as cooperative when it comes to clearing issues. Going to be sending you all my business. I am waiting for the Purchaser’s to get to my office. We may execute all the transfer docs and cut you the required title checks and they take subject to. Waiting for them to arrive.

I just wanted to say thank you to you and your team for getting my refinance taken care of. I know there were a couple of bumps that everyone worked through to get the job completed. Also, I would like to point out that Natalie at the title company was extremely helpful in setting up and rescheduling the closing. She was nothing but a pleasure to work with.
