Hi everyone, I just wanted to write to you to let you know that we had a really great experience working with Sarah Alexander on this transaction, which just closed on Thursday. She was extremely effective, competent, efficient, helpful and friendly, throughout the entire process. She was also proactive and offered to help us get things done that she was not at all responsible for, and I should have done myself as borrower’s counsel – such as identifying a surveyor for us, and a local attorney to issue the local counsel opinion. Overall, she is wonderful, and you are lucky to have her as part of your team!

Natalie, I don’t know if you remember me but you handled the original closing for us, more than 10 years ago when we acquired the property! We met in person at the closing, at the bank’s attorney’s office. I did not forget about you and that is actually why I reached out to PTS in the first place!

I can’t tell you how refreshing and reassuring it is that someone you know along the process is totally competent and dependable (Yes, like you).

As you have probably observed yourself, the degree of incompetence and sloppiness from “professionals” — whether attorney or mortgage company or realtor — has really devolved for at least 5 years now.

Just wanted to provide some feedback. Sarah Alexander is amazing. She was great to work with and a total team effort to get this Condo closed. I enjoyed working with her and that’s rare nowadays in this market where most companies let service suffer to save a dime. Not the case here. Shes an Ace! As a fellow manger and peer in this business, I thought you would want to know 😉

Sarah Alexander is the absolute best title agent out there which makes PTS one of the best title companies. Sarah is very responsive and always goes out of her way whenever a situation comes up. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. I would recommend her highly and wouldn’t want to use anyone else.

Your customer service is amazing. I am from DE and like the Northeast mentality of getting after it. Floridians tend to move a little slower. Lol
