Hi everyone, I just wanted to write to you to let you know that we had a really great experience working with Sarah Alexander on this transaction, which just closed on Thursday. She was extremely effective, competent, efficient, helpful and friendly, throughout the entire process. She was also proactive and offered to help us get things done that she was not at all responsible for, and I should have done myself as borrower’s counsel – such as identifying a surveyor for us, and a local attorney to issue the local counsel opinion. Overall, she is wonderful, and you are lucky to have her as part of your team!
Natalie, I don’t know if you remember me but you handled the original closing for us, more than 10 years ago when we acquired the property! We met in person at the closing, at the bank’s attorney’s office. I did not forget about you and that is actually why I reached out to PTS in the first place!
