I just wanted to say thank you to you and your team for getting my refinance taken care of. I know there were a couple of bumps that everyone worked through to get the job completed. Also, I would like to point out that Natalie at the title company was extremely helpful in setting up and rescheduling the closing. She was nothing but a pleasure to work with. I am the type of person that does not complain about service but also likes to compliment when I receive quality service from someone and she definitely provided that. If you have any say in which title service company TIAA uses in the future, I would highly recommend keeping Property Transfer Services, Inc as your title provider. Thank you
